The incineration: a missionary challenge or a Christian counter-witnessing?

The present work is the first volume in the Romanian Orthodox theology and spirituality that refers to the Orthodox apologetics related to incineration, from a pertinent and equilibrated missionary position, according to the revelation and  thinking of the Holy Fathers, even if the notion of Christ-centred anthropology enters in the contemporary social life under the influence of a secularised spirit. This is the starting point for the mission and role of the Church, as presence and continuous witnessing in the contemporary world and society:  the reiteration of the human being, as body and soul, toward the horizon of an authentic Christian anthropology and spirituality.
