Reîntregirea Publishing House stores customer information (name, surname, address, email, telephone, titles ordered) during the processing of orders and in order to compile statistics.
The information in the order form will be used to send you the order confirmation.
According to Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and of Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, Reîntregirea Publishing House has the obligation to manage safely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide us. The purpose of data collection is: issuing the tax invoice, informing about the status of the order and sending to you the ordered products.
The recorded information is intended for use by the operator and is not communicated to any other recipient.
Under current law, you have the following rights:
- The right to information (the operator is obliged to inform the data subject regarding the processing of his personal data);
- The right to access data;
- The right to intervene on the data (any data subject has the right to obtain from operator, free of charge, rectifying, updating, blocking or deleting data whose processing does not comply with the law, in particular incomplete or inaccurate data);

Reîntregirea Publishing House guarantees the data confidentiality. Personal information is not provided to any third-parties, except for the shipping and the electronic payment operators. The information provided to Reîntregirea Publishing House is used only for the purpose it was entered (placing orders, newsletter subscription etc.), in accordance with the law.
The information generated by the cookie regarding the use of the https://editurareintregirea.ro site (including the IP address) is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate how users use the site and to make statistical reports related to the activity of the site. Reîntregirea Publishing will not use this statistical data to associate a user's identity with an IP address.

3. Delivery methods
When you register your order, you must also choose the way you want us to deliver it to you. The delivery time of the products purchased from our website is between 2 and 5 working days, provided that they are available in stock.
Fast courier delivery
The order will reach you in 2-3 working days from the moment we deliver the package to the courier.
Pickup from the Romanian Post
If you have registered the order by 14.00, you will be able to pick it up within 3-5 working days from the post office in your locality.
If your locality is not on the courier list, additional shipping charges will apply. For verification, see the attached list below.
For deliveries abroad, in European Union countries, we use the Romanian Post and the DPD Curier express shipping service. The calculation of the transport cost is done automatically by entering a valid postal code. For countries that are not part of the European Union, delivery can be made exclusively by Romanian Post. The calculation of the transport is done manually, according to the tariffs displayed by the transport operator. 4. Payment methods
To pay for the products ordered on https://editurareintregirea.ro you have several options:
- Payment by VISA or Mastercard bank card
- Cash payment upon receipt of the package
- Payment order
- Transfer via internet banking
Online payment by card
You can pay online with your personal or company card, in complete security. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA and MASTERCARD logos.
No additional transaction fees are charged.
To ensure the security of transactions, https://editurareintregirea.ro uses the NETOPIA Mobil Pay platform.
For the correct completion of the transaction, the data necessary to authorize the transaction must be entered in the NETOPIA Mobil Pay payment platform.
If the card is associated with an account in a currency other than RON, the transactions are made in lei, according to the exchange rate of the issuing bank for that card.
Card data processing is done exclusively through the NETOPIA Mobil Pay payment platform.
https://editurareintregirea.ro does not request or store any details regarding your card.
Cash payment / refunds
Payment is made in lei, in full, upon delivery. Payment will be made to the courier agent making the delivery or to the post office, together with the delivery charges included in the invoice amount.
The customer pays the value of the order placed in the bank account indicated below and sends the receipt as the proof of payment by email to email@example.com.
The products will be sent to the customer or can be picked up in the Warehouse after presenting the receipt as proof of payment.
Payment by electronic bank transfer
You can use your bank's internet banking application to make the payment, just like in the case of a regular bank transfer. The bank transfer will be made after issuing a proforma invoice, and the delivery conditions are the same as in the case of payment by payment order.

5. Placing an order
If you have placed an order, it means that you have agreed to the specific terms stated on the order page and to the price of the products and transportation fees displayed in the shopping cart.
Once you have registered your order, you can track its status in your customer account in the "Orders" section.
A pre-ordered product is a product that has not yet been released, but can be ordered in advance.
The long-awaited products may appear with a limited stock and may run out quickly, so the pre-order guarantees your purchase, always accompanied by a discount on the release price. By placing a pre-order, you are guaranteed to receive the volume immediately after the release.
Reîntregirea Publishing House also offers other gifts, which you can only benefit from in case of a pre-order.
You can add other volumes already released to your order, but you will receive the entire package when the book you requested as a pre-order is released.
Pre-order payment can be made by cash on delivery or in advance: by bank card directly on the website, by electronic transfer, payment order or cash deposit to the Publishing House's account. In the case of the last three variants, proof of payment can be made within 72 hours from the moment the order was placed, after this period, unpaid pre-orders being cancelled.
You can cancel the pre-order any time. If it has already been paid, you can opt to purchase other products or refund the amount.
7. Warranty policy
If you received a defective book or it was damaged during the shipping process, we take responsibility for such defects and will change the volume or refund the value. In this case, please contact us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone, at 0258 811 690 / 0786 052 480, within 48 hours after receiving the package, and our distribution staff will explain in detail the procedure. Any subsequent complaint cannot be resolved positively.
How long does my refund take?
The money will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from the moment we receive the product, either in a bank account provided by you, or by postal order.
If the payment was made by online bank card, the refund will be made to that account.
7. Return policy
Because our intention is your full satisfaction when you purchase products from the website https://editurareintregirea.ro, Reîntregirea Publishing House complies with the provisions of GEO 34/2014 regarding consumers’ rights under contracts concluded with professionals, law that gives the buyer the right to notify in writing the trader that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
The return of the products can be made only after the prior notification of the Publishing House. To do this, you can complete and electronically submit the standard withdrawal form attached to the bottom of the page or any other unequivocal statement. If you use this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal request without delay. You can also send this notification by mail, with acknowledgment of receipt. The form is just a template and is not required.
The return of the products will be made at the customer's expense, if they have not been damaged. In this situation, you can choose either to purchase other products or to receive the value of the order, which will be delivered to you within a maximum of 30 days from the unilateral denunciation made in writing.
Reîntregirea Publishing House has the right, when it considers that the client's actions were in bad faith, to request damages from him, in accordance with the legislation. Also, Reîntregirea Publishing House reserves the right, in such situations, to subsequently refuse to honour any other orders of the client. Bad faith means any action or inaction of the customer that causes damage to the Reîntregirea Publishing House: placing orders without the intention to pay or pick them up, unfounded and repeated return of products, repeated indication of wrong data or any other action / inaction of nature to produce patrimonial loss to the publishing house.
Any complaint regarding the condition of the products delivered to customers will be brought to the attention of our company within a maximum of 48 hours from their receipt, by telephone or by e-mail at the contact addresses on the site.
If the products cannot be delivered or their integrity is affected during delivery, the customer can request a refund of the amounts already collected by Reîntregirea Publishing House, but not additional compensation. The maximum value of the obligations of our company towards any customer in case of non-delivery or improper delivery of a package / product is the value of the amount received from the customer for the respective order.
Under what conditions can I return the products?
In any case of return of the products, they must be in the same condition in which they were sent to the customer (except for hidden defects and except for defects already reported by the customer in the correspondence with the Publishing House), along with all accompanying documents tax, invoice, etc.).
Printed books must not show signs of wear, stains, scratches, torn, bent or damaged pages by watering, burning, etc. and not use the accessories that came with them (for example, unsealing the CD that comes with the book, etc.).
The wrapped books, if several copies of the same title have been ordered, may be returned in foil only, except for one copy, which may be unfolded.
If the return was refused for one of the reasons listed above or if the customer shipped the book / books without first obtaining confirmation of the return request, the cost of transport back to the buyer will be at his expense.
Products purchased as a set must be returned in the same form.
