Once you've registered your order, you can track its status in your customer account, in the "Orders" section.
The delivery time of the products purchased from our website is between 2 and 5 working days, provided that they are available in stock. Except for the busy periods of the year, when a lot of shopping is done (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), the order will reach you in 2-3 working days from the moment we deliver the package to the courier and notify you of the shipment by e-mail.
For the deliveries abroad, in the European Union countries, we use the Urgent Cargus express courier service. The transport cost is calculated automatically after selecting the destination country.
For countries that are not part of the European Union, delivery can be made exclusively by Romanian Post. The calculation of the transport is done manually, according to the tariffs displayed by the transport operator.
